    These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via the website http://www.artefacts.se/. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

    An order becomes binding only once payment has been successfully processed. Artefacts reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or other irregularities.

    All prices include VAT where applicable. Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

    Certain Artefacts products are handmade or produced using natural materials. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    Artefacts is not liable for indirect damages, consequential loss, or delays caused by events outside our control.
  8. Governing Law
    These terms are governed exclusively by Swedish law, regardless of the customer’s country of residence. Disputes will primarily be resolved through the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and, if necessary, in a Swedish court.

Delivery Areas
Artefacts ships to Sweden, EU countries, and selected international destinations. If you can’t find shipping to your country, let us know and wi will do our best to help you.

Delivery Times
Sweden: 2–8 business days.
EU: 3–10 days.
International: 5–14 days.

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

    All products are covered by the statutory 3-year guarantee under Swedish law, applying to defects present at delivery.

    Handcrafted products may show natural variations that are not considered defects.

    A product is faulty if it does not match the description, has a manufacturing defect, breaks under normal use, differs significantly from images, or arrives damaged.

    Approved complaints may result in repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

    Approved complaints include free return shipping. Items must be packaged securely.

    Transport damage must be reported immediately with photos of packaging and product.

    Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes may be settled in a Swedish court.
