Erection

Organic in both shape and production, this piece emerged from a transformation of strict lines into fluid form. Initially conceived as a precise, geometric design, the object evolved in the hands of glass artist Kristin Larsson, shaped through the unpredictable nature of molten glass. The process itself became an exploration of movement and materiality, resulting in a vessel that feels both spontaneous and intentional.

Each piece is mouth-blown, making every vase unique — a collector’s item infused with the energy of its making. The softened, rounded contours invite interpretation, evoking memories of forms and places that shift with the viewer’s perspective. More than a vase, it is an object to contemplate — reminding you of forms and places your mind can escape to, admiring its beautiful guise and charm.

A sculptural presence that stands equally well on its own or cradling a single stem, celebrating the beauty of both nature and craftsmanship. Put a flower in there to bud or place it on your best altar and worship its bombastic formation.
